Our relational wounds are mostly formed in childhood and early experiences with sexuality and dating. They surface in long-term love as triggers, power struggles, cycles of disconnection, attachment struggles and ongoing tensions — and we can't just talk our way through them.
Even with deep love and care, if we don't face these unconscious patterns they will sabotage our relationships and replay old wounds no matter which partner we are with. At some point we must 'do the work'.
Through somatic practices, shadow work, and parts work, we go to the root, the underlying core emotions, patterns and needs beneath the surface to be seen, held and loved. We create new pathways to deeper connection and love with compassion and care.

Let's get startedI've been there...
I didn't grow up with secure connection. I was about as love-avoidant as they came, and my first dating experiences were confusing and at times traumatic.
When I had my first long-term relationship at 24, it was a magical fairytale romance in ways, full of exploration and possibility... and all of my shit came up and it dragged me through the fires. I couldn't run from my patterns anymore, I wanted to be in love so fully, but it was also deeply painful. Even the sexual chemistry which was at first off-the-chart eventually fizzled and I was left like a drug-addict chasing more. That relationship was my initiation, and it wasn't meant to last. It showed me all the places I abandoned myself and all the potential of what love could be. Towards the end of that relationship I started studying to become a sex, love and relationship coach, and the deeper work began.
Not long after, I met my husband. We had both been through the fires in our last relationships and were determined to do it differently. After only a year together we started to do couples coaching, went through the modality I teach as clients and we both showed up boldly, honestly and with deep love and radical honesty. We dove all-in and got married in 2024, even teaching and coaching and running our business together. We practice intimacy yoga regularly and live and breathe what we teach.
We're passionate about helping couples to thrive and to work through the issues that keep us spinning in suffering and limiting the potential of what our relationships can be. We also support people of all relationship constellations and identities (having many years of experience with both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, being kinky and queer and working in the adult industry)
I guide both with professional qualifications (800+ hrs VITA sex, love and relationship coaching certification + Authentic relating and somatic shadow work trainings) AND from lived experience, a life devoted to the erotic and 8+ years working professionally with couples.
A journey into deeper layers of Love and Connection...
I work with couples for a minimum of three months — usually longer. My method is not a Band-Aid for single-session solutions, it's a process we go on that requires time and commitment and results in transformation.
Sessions are 90 minutes, twice a month — a blend of therapeutic process and embodied practice or ritual. You leave each session having moved something, not just understood something.
Between sessions you have a private portal with recordings, practice guides, and resources I create specifically for you. You can also reach me between sessions with questions or reflections via telegram or email.
I also include bonus guided practices (like yoni and lingam massage) for clients depending on their goals.
There is also an option for hybrid coaching and private retreat if you're open to coming to Thailand and working in-person.

I work with 'sliding scale' pricing which is based on your joint average yearly income.
A 3-month container starts from €2000 (split-payment is possible)
We begin with a consultation call (€100) — a conversation to explore where you are, what you're reaching for, and whether working together is the right fit. The call is not quite a full coaching session but more than a basic chat- You'll leave with more clarity on your current situation, your desires and what it will take to get there.
