I have trained in multiple modalities to support people to move through their resistences, shame, fear and egoic blindspots to find inner freedom and deep bliss.

This is not just 'advice' or simply a workshop. My sessions are targeted to support you both to move through your specific relational patterns using practices like somatics, parts work, aspecting, shadow work, meditation, breathwork and ritual. Usually sessions are a mix of therepeutic process and intimacy tools so you get the healing and the bliss!

I have been guiding people professionally for over 7 years now and have thousands of hours of training and practice in this field. 

My work is Queer, Poly, SW and disability friendly. 

The Journey

I work with couples for a minimum of 3 months at a time. This is because the depth of work I offer is not simple bandaid solutions or advice but a dive into the psyche, the body and the soul. I specialise in helping long-term couples rekindle desire, explore the potential of their erotic connection and move through deeper patterns in their relationship so they can come into a deeper state of Love and Connection

The Love Liberation Path

Transformation isn't linear—it's a spiral journey of infinite deepening. My signature method looks at this process through three distinct phases, each requiring different support and understanding. My support meets you exactly where you are and guides you through your unique path of growth.

Each level is a minimum of 3 months, though usually we take at least a year to integrate each level of the work, timings will depend on your commitment to practice, self discipline and how much work you've previously done.

Level 1: Foundation & Expansion

Desire & Play • Somatic Wisdom • Empowerment

You're curious to start stepping into 'the work' and exploring the possibility of what love and romance can be! Whether you're still in the 'honeymoon' phase or you've been together for years and you're looking to step onto the path and explore the potential of your relationship, we all need to start with the foundations. In level one we focus on what we are truly desiring, how to discover and share it with our partners in a way that creates expansion and possibility rather than pressure and stress. We build the tools for somatic attunement and co-regulation so we can support one another and find peace even through challenging topics and situations that may arise. We also explore our boundaries and how we can become more empowered to know and speak our needs clearly. Here we create trust, strong communication and embodied sensitivity so we can hold each other lovingly, truly see and feel each other and prepare for adding deeper erotic intimacy practices. 

Expect: Communication practices, Somatic attunement and co-regulation, partnered meditation, sensuality and conscious touch work, boundaries work, desire mapping, embodied consent practices, emotional alchemy, breathwork andTantra foundations. 

Level 2: The Underworld

Ecstasy • The Shadow • Authentic Truth

When you're ready to go deeper, we face what's been hidden and repressed in the shadow. The Underworld calls us all in our journey towards liberation and this is the stage that really requires personalised support. In a relationship this phase often shows up 1-2 years into the relationship where our patterns surface, the new relationship energy wares off and we're in a power struggle. In longer term relationships we may step into the underworld later when we're really ready to make a big change and transform our old patterns. This phase involves shadow work, looking deeper at childhood/parent patterns that are replaying in your relationship and the stories and traumas we're holding that fracture trust. We also explore how you can surrender deeper to pleasure, joy and bliss through ecstatic practices as you crack open more and more, and dive into energetic techniqes and polarity to create more fire and passion in your relationship. It's often a challenging, but necessary phase for true transformation. 

Expect: Sexual yoga and pleasure practices, partnered shadow work, polarity play, conscious kink, inner child work, re-parenting work, energy play, rituals and other practices for inner integration. 

Level 3: Devotional Love

Devotion • Unconditional Love • Awakening

Once we've made it through the underworld, we're no longer relating from our wounding but from two whole, empowered humans embodying love. Here, the work becomes a way of being and we step into a new level of relationship. You'll take your sexual practice to new depths, explore deeper subtleties of polarity and relational energetics and communicate from deeper truth and devotion. This is where your partner becomes your Guru, where you transcend many of the messy dynamics based on trauma and step into a deeper layer of unconditional love and awakened relating. You start to see the dynamics as sacred portals to new levels of devotion and commitment as a path of true freedom. 

Expect: Subtle energetics, erotic rituals and trance states, deeper communication, cultivating lasting passion and working through lingering patterns and complexes inhibiting the true depth of your love. 

While this map is presented linear, it is a spiral because we come back time and time again to each level for different aspects of our life, integrating deeper understandings and building on the foundations.

There is often a temptation to rush ahead and seek the upper levels but when the foundations are shaky we can fall into chaos and despair. 

As my clients you have a private portal on this website where the live calls are held (option to be recorded and uploaded), notes are kept and additional practices are added. Usually I record 1-2 additional practices for clients a month, and sometimes include access to additional courses or bonus resources. You also are able to contact me between sessions with questions or concerns, so the support is not limited to the session time. 

I only work with a maximum of 4 clients at a time, as this is deep and intensive work.

Get started by booking a consultation and alignment call with me which costs €100 and we'll discuss your desires, needs and what will support you on your journey forward, whether it's working with me or someone else.

My support prices are 'sliding scale' meaning the price depends on your income bracket.

Generally, I work with clients 2 times a month over 3 months, with sessions 90 minutes long. Which costs €1900-3200, though sometimes packages are customised, so prices can vary. Many couples decide to work 6 months at a time.

Marriage is considered one of the major life milestones, and not only is it a big task to plan, organize and create the 'big day' itself... the rite of passage into committed relationship is also a deeply emotional transformational process. 

Your relationship and love is so unique- and your celebration can be as unique as you are and a true expression of your love together! Most people have generic, cookie-cutter weddings that lack the personal depth and meaning that this ritual can hold.

If you're wanting to create something special and personally meaningful, I can support you on this journey- from ritual design to mood boards and inspiration, speeches and processes to take this journey deeper.

Ideally we work together over 6 months or a year with the whole journey from the initial engagement celebration, moving through your desires and needs for the wedding, supporting you on whatever arises as you move towards this threshold together and integrating after the wedding.
