Usually we work with both of these threads, but sometimes people choose to focus on one aspect or another. I aim to balance the more challenging pattern-breaking work with the nourishment, joy and play of the erotic so we are making deep shifts and nourishing the connection simultaneously.

Eros is not just about sex. It is your life force — the energy that fuels your will to live, to create, to connect. Becoming the Liberated Sensualist.
In a world that has systematically shamed and suppressed sexuality for centuries, most of us carry some form of erotic wounding: numbness, shame, disconnection from pleasure, sexual trauma patterns, a sense that something in this area of life remains locked. This includes the domains of love, romance and intimacy.
Through sacred sexuality, somatic practices, and Tantric principles, we go to the root of what's been blocked — rewiring the nervous system toward safety and pleasure, expanding your orgasmic potential, and restoring your relationship to your body and your desire as genuinely your own.
AWAKENING
Shadow, Consciousness, and Embodied Liberation
Tantra is a path of totality. It doesn't bypass the difficult — it moves through it. Shadow work, parts work, and somatic inquiry bring what's unconscious into the light: the patterns, wounds, and stories that quietly govern your life from below the surface. This is the underworld journey we must all take to transform and become who we came here to be.
Alongside this, we cultivate a deepening awareness — meditation, inquiry, inner yoga and non-dual practices that expand consciousness beyond the limited self and return you to the ground of unconditional love that is always already present.

Transformation isn't linear. My work moves through three core phases — supporting clients where they are at. If some stages of the initial levels are wobbly, issues can arise as we deepen.

Growing up I was the weird kid. The straight-A nerd with a punk-rebel soul who always took a different path. (I'm an Aquarius stellion with a lot of Gemini after all!)
I started getting into alternative culture, psychedelics, raves and festivals as a teen and exploring kink, alternative relationships and sexuality since I was 16. I moved through substance abuse, crippling anxiety, sexual traumas and deep avoidance of love and intimacy. I worked as a stripper for 10 years and learned up close and personal about the power of the erotic.
I've been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 15 years and teaching it for over 10. I found my way through Yoga to the Tantra world and fell in love with the practice and philosophy, leading me to study both NeoTantra/Sacred Sexuality professionally and then diving into NonDual Shaiva Tantra and more traditional lineages for the last 7 years, going through a deep awakening process that fundamentally changed me.
I guide both with professional qualifications (800+ hrs VITA sex, love and relationship coaching certification + Authentic relating, somatic shadow work trainings + more) AND from lived experience, a life devoted to the erotic, the spiritual and the meeting of the two.
I'm a projector in Human Design and find I am well suited for guiding others- for seeing what they can not or do not want to see and where their liberation lies. I am a very honest person so best suited working with people who are committed to Truth and Liberation rather than comfort and ego-stroking ;)
A journey into deeper layers of Love and Connection...
I work with couples for a minimum of three months — usually longer. My method is not a Band-Aid for single-session solutions, it's a process we go on that requires time and commitment and results in transformation.
Sessions are 90 minutes, twice a month — a blend of therapeutic process and embodied practice or ritual. You leave each session having moved something, not just understood something.
Between sessions you have a private portal with recordings, practice guides, and resources I create specifically for you. You can also reach me between sessions with questions or reflections via telegram or email.
I also include bonus guided practices (like yoni and lingam massage) for clients depending on their goals.
There is also an option for hybrid coaching and private retreat if you're open to coming to Thailand and working in-person.

I work with 'sliding scale' pricing which is based on your joint average yearly income.
A 3-month container starts from €2000 (split-payment is possible)
We begin with a consultation call (€100) — a conversation to explore where you are, what you're reaching for, and whether working together is the right fit. The call is not quite a full coaching session but more than a basic chat- You'll leave with more clarity on your current situation, your desires and what it will take to get there.
